If you are driving to our facility from near the German Village neighborhood, first head west on E Frankfort St toward S 5th St, and then in .2 miles turn right onto S 3rd St. In .4 miles turn right onto E Livingston Ave, and then in 331 feet keep left to continue on US-23 N. Couldn't ask for more. Exceeded expectations. FIVE STARS!!! Full review and experience below: I moved a few items in here when I relocated from Chicago to Columbus in 2019. I didn't go frequently, just a few times a year. Every time I went it was painless. I recently moved out of state and while packing up the apartment I realized I didn't know where my keys were!! I told this to Tim and he was willing to work with me. I am so grateful because with the expenses of moving, my budget is very tight. They really allowed me to easily exit the system without a hassle at all. Same day response! Can't thank them enough and highly recommend this place. It is safe, CLEAN, and updated. Pretty much brand new.

Impeccable quality and security in both the storage units and wine cellar. Everything is temperature controlled and state of the art. I have never seen any other storage facility that comes close to this and the staff is incredible!!!

Staff was easy to work with and knowledgeable. We needed several spaces and they made were able to get them close enough to make our storage needs easier. Facility has been secure, with no evidence of any tampering. I would highly recommend for storage needs.

I can't think of any business anywhere, where I have gotten better customer service. The climate controlled wine cellar makes this one of the most unique places in Columbus. Keep up the great work!

I rented a Uhaul and at first had a inconvenience due to app not functioning correct. They were also short handed (due to unforseen reasons), but stayed professional throughout. Very nice and want to accommodate you.

I recently was in need of storage space for a quick transition of my daughters apartment contents to a new location. I visited the Tri-Village Self Storage and was immediately impressed by the facility. The staff is very professional and Mr. Tim Rodawalt, the facility manager, went the extra mile to personally show me all of the "bells and whistles" of how the security works, my personal storage space (extremely clean and efficient), and the streamlined processes for obtaining a storage unit. I am sorry to say that in the end, my situation changed, and I did not need to store any possessions at this location, but I know that in the future Try-Village Self Storage is the place I will go to obtain this service. Thanks again to Tim for making my experience, during this rather stressful time, a very pleasant one. Curt R.

Wow! What a facility! Storage is great and secure. Staff is very helpful, polite and informative. Used the wine tasting room, a very professional decor, for a meeting group and it exceeded expectations in comfort, privacy and AV needs.
