Just because it says “Climate Controlled Self Storage” on the side of the building… Is it?
Most Climate Controlled self-storage facilities are in reality only “Temperature Controlled”.
The difference will cost you money and could damage your valuables! Cold winters cause very low humidity causing wood and leather furniture to dry out and crack.
Warm humid summer days can promote mold and mildew growth even in an environment of 75-80 degrees. Our competitors will even sell or rent you a dehumidifier, desiccant or deodorizers.

Our standard climate control is maintained between 40% and 60% humidity and 65-75 F.
To accomplish keeping your stored valuables at the right humidity, on any particular day we may pour as much as 3-gallons a day per floor into the air.
All valuables can be trusted at Tri-Village Self Storage; from your golf clubs, bike or your finest bottle of imported wine!
Wine storage is kept at 55 degrees and 70 percent humidity.
